Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TradeLink ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

TradeLink is a desktop application that reads trading signals from Telegram channels and forwards them to MetaTrader 4/5 and cryptocurrency exchanges (ByBit, Bitget). The Software runs locally on your computer and does not operate cloud-based trading servers.

3. License

3.1 Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on the number of devices specified by your subscription plan.

3.2 Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Software. Trial is limited to one per device.

3.3 Subscription

• Monthly: $29/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Annual: $290/year, billed annually (equivalent to ~$24/month).

License keys are bound to a specific device. If you change your device, contact support to transfer your license.

3.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Use the Software to provide signal-copying services to third parties
• Circumvent license verification mechanisms
• Use the Software for market manipulation or illegal trading activities

4. Risk Disclaimer

TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. By using TradeLink, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
• Past performance of any signal provider does not guarantee future results.
• TradeLink is a tool that executes signals. We do not provide trading signals, financial advice, or investment recommendations.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their financial outcomes.
• Software bugs, network delays, or exchange outages may cause trades to execute differently than expected.
• The built-in risk management features (stop loss, position sizing) help manage risk but cannot eliminate it.

5. No Financial Advice

TradeLink is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing in the Software or on our website constitutes financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

6. API Keys and Security

• You are responsible for securing your own API keys and Telegram credentials.
• We strongly recommend enabling only Read and Trade permissions on exchange API keys, with Withdrawal always disabled.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised API keys, regardless of the cause.
• The Software stores credentials locally in your system keyring. We do not have access to them.

7. Availability and Updates

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the licensing server.
• The Software includes offline grace periods (72 hours for trial, 7 days for paid subscriptions).
• We may release updates that change functionality. You are not required to update, but older versions may stop working with exchange APIs.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the Software with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADELINK AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses, regardless of cause
• Missed or delayed signal execution
• Incorrect position sizing or order placement
• Exchange outages, API changes, or broker errors
• Data loss on your local machine
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Refund Policy

• The 14-day free trial requires no payment. No refund is applicable.
• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months.
• Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the Software does not function as described.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 4 (Risk Disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeLink is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
